America’s Favorite Sweetheart has just landed herself on the March issue of Elle, looking fierce in a yellow checkerboard patterned mini. This is one issue you won’t want to miss as she dishes about her misconstrued love life, rumors and more!

One might think Taylor Swift may be somewhat boy crazy after the laundry list of celebs she’s been seen dating in the past. However, the pop singer insists that’s most definitely not the case!

“I’m sure if I looked up the latest Google Alert rumor, it would say I’m chasing somebody who doesn’t like me as much as I like him — people love that angle on me,” Swifts tells Elle in the latest issue. They’re like ‘Oh Taylor, coming on too strong again, chasing boys.’ I never chase boys. They don’t like it!”

What do you think Mocha Lovers? Is it all a publicity stunt?

Despite what the 23-year-old may say, millions continue to read into her love life and over analyze it through songs such as, “We are never ever getting back together” and “Red” who are reportedly about exes like John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal, making Taylor seem like the crazy, boy lover that she claims she is not.

“To me it’s just writing songs the way I always have,” she explains to Elle. “It’s me sitting on my bed feeling pain I didn’t understand, writing a song, and understanding it better. If people want to dissect the lyrics, that’s their right, but it’s all coming from the exact same place as where it started. It’s just something I do to feel better.”

Well, you heard it straight from the Grammy-winning singer’s mouth. Don’t believe everything you hear, Mocha Lovers!

If you want to get a copy of the mag yourself, Elle’s March issue hits newsstands everywhere February 19.
