Less than a month after giving birth to her fourth child, Spelling, 39, was back in the hospital for an emergency surgery.

The “Craft Wars” host was reportedly rushed to the hospital over the weekend, TMZ first reported.

"Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," her representative told People Tuesday. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."

Spelling gave birth to son Finn Davey on Aug. 30; it was Spelling’s fourth caesarean section and the second one within a year, having given birth to daughter Hattie last October.

Spelling’s husband, Dean McDermott, also confirmed that she recovering well over Twitter, Wednesday.

"She's good. Just testing (sic)," McDermott tweeted.  When a fan asked why he never mentioned anything about Spelling’s hospitalization, McDermott, 45, responded that he “…didn't want to alert the world."  He continued, "No TMZ knows.  Was trying to keep it private."

The former  “Beverly Hills, 90210” star and husband Dean McDermott are also parents to daughter Stella, 4, and son Liam, 5, as well as Jack, McDermott's 13-year-old son from a prior marriage.  The couple tied the knot on May 7, 2006, less than a month after Spelling divorced previous husband Charlie Shanian.  McDermott was previously married to Canadian actress Mary Jo Eustace; the couple divorced in 2005.
