Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Raymond has allegedly lost another custody battle with Usher.

According to the Daily U.K. , an Atlanta, Georgia judge refused a re-trial for the custody of the former couple's children; Usher Raymond V(four) and Naviyd (three).

We previously reported that Tameka would appeal the judge's original decision to have both of the children's custody go to father, Usher Raymond IV. Tameka Raymond reportedly appealed the decision earlier this month on the ground that the judge was "biased because of accepting campaign from Usher Raymond IV."

This week at the Atlanta courtroom, closing arguments were made and Usher's attorney allegedly said that Tameka Raymond is: "incapable of being a proper parent".

According to the Daily Mail U.K.Usher's representative continued:

Tameka Raymond "does not have the emotional stability or capacity to bond with them, and therefore she is handicapped".

Tameka's team argued that the 'Caught Up' singer was always:

"traveling around the world" and "does not have a good relationship with his mother"which when he was on the road because he said that "his mother would watch the kids."

After losing the custody battle at the end of August, to Usher Raymond, Tameka Raymond remained persistent.

Though failing again, Tameka tweeted:

Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.'
