Small Bite: Find out why @CariDeeEnglish just may have a point!

Full Platter:

The 27-year-old CariDee English won season seven of 'American's Next Top Model,' but winning hasn't exactly been picture perfect for the model.

CariDee slammed Tyra Banks' hit reality show, when asked by Gawker.com to comment on the fact that a past contestant, Jael Strauss, had developed an addiction to meth.

CariDee said that even though she'd won the show, virtually no one in the fashion industry took her seriously after her win, and that the same goes for many models who leave the show.

These comments come in light of a forthcoming episode of Dr. Phil, which explores how CariDee's fellow 'Top Model' alum, Jael Strauss, has plummeted into drug use and other serious concerns since her departure from Tyra's popular modeling series.

CariDee, according to The Daily Mail said that: "Tyra won't do anything [for Jael]. She provided a wonderful platform for girls to have a chance at their dream, but after, there is no Tyra Mail.

'We became instant celebs, but had the portfolio of a rookie model.

'Even though we just were named 'top,' our place in line at Fashion World was at the bottom,' she added."

Inside sources have confirmed that nothing gigantic, modeling-wise, happens for 'ANTM' modeling contestants, especially if those models don't push to be relevant or respected in the modeling industry--after they leave the show, and that yes, doing the show can largely hurt a serious model's prospects.

Still, CariDee concludes that, even though the show isn't what many models would expect, she is happy to have done the show and followed her dreams.

What do you think, Mocha lovers? Is there still value in doing 'ANTM?'
