According to reports, Spelman College really wants Gabby Douglas enrolled at their school. So bad that the president of S.C. even flew out to London to personally deliver a Spelman gift bag to the gold medalist... Boss status!

Sources say that Gabby has so far become the number one recruit at the all girls school in Georgia.

The President of Spelman, Beverly Daniel Tatum, issued a statement and expressed their excitement for having Gabby join the school: "A young woman who has demonstrated the drive and discipline needed to achieve world-class excellence is likely to have what it takes to be successful at Spelman, and we would welcome her interest in the college." She also went on and added that " Spelman is no joke ... both Martin Luther King Jr. and Bill Cosby have daughters who attended S.C."
