Madonna Sued In France For Swastika Use In Concert

Lately Madonna has been under fire lately for her crazy concert antics... from flashing her fans, to mooning them, what could possibly be next? Oh yeah, let's flash the swastika in France followed by an Adolf Hitler lookalike. SMH. Messy messy.

Sources are saying that France's National Front party is suing the Material Girl for her outlandish screening of the swastika symbol placed on the right wing political, Marine Le Pen. France had given Madonna an early warning, after she screened the footage in Tel Aviv, that if she were to show this video in their country, she would face some serious trouble: "If she does that in France, we'll be waiting for her."

Despite the early warning, it seems Madonna gave France the biggest middle finger possible and showed the footage during her concert this weekend anyways. Le Pen's father, an FN leader, suggests that his daughter demands money for insinuating that she is a nazi, he said, "ask Madame Madonna -- and everyone who organized her international show -- for $1 million."

However, there have been some reaching out to Madonna in support. France's anti-racism group, SOS Racisme, issued a statement in response to the critics and said that the video is "resolutely anti-racist and feminist" and it shows "that the fight against discrimination is a fundamental combat."
