As if Usher didn't have enough drama in his life with the divorce battles in court.

Remember Usher's alleged stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw who claimed to be the singer's wife and showed up at his house? Well justice has finally been served: she has been served with a restraining order for one year. It's pretty clear that her lines of reality is a little blurred; soon after her police warning to stay away from Usher's house, she was talken for a psych ward for a mental evaluation, reports TMZ.

This probably isn't enough for the "DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again" singer--his ex-wife Tameka Foster tried to use Darshelle as evidence that her and Usher's children are not safe with Usher. It sucks to be talented and famous--just for Usher here and now.
