Selena Gomez has come a long way since the days of Disney. She's definitely getting more attention on carrying more of an "adult image" as she stars in 'Spring Breakers,' reports Latina.
During an interview with Elle Magazine, Selenea revealed that she really wants to be a great role model for Latina girls, "representing a different generation." She shares her memories of working on Disney and noticing how most teen idols "were all blond with light-colored eyes." She now realizes how "important it [is[ to represent [her] background."
