Remember the recent nightclub fight between Chris Brown and Drake sans evidence?

Well according to TMZ, Chris Brown and his lawyer talked to NYPD and gave evidence that proves Drake was involved in the nightclub brawl. Apparently the cops are convinced that Chris is not "a suspected but rather a witness and victim." They also said Drake is not "currently a suspect," reports TMZ.

Okay, then...who's at fault here? If this wasn't a big deal, would Chris really have gotten his lawyer involved with the NYPD? Sources, according to the TMZ, say that the "bad guy" behind the whole mess may be someone from Chris's side, but not Chris himself.
