With the release of his new single and video 'Daughters' Nas seems to have adopted the philosophy that most male rap artists do when they have female children: no other female on the planet is important besides their daughters [and sometimes mothers].
Before the release of the single, which gives a rare look into his personal life, Nas caught some slack from his daughter's mother because she, reportedly, did not want him releasing a track about their daughter. Well the song and video are both out and not only is the song about his 17-year-old daughter Destiny but the video features a cameo appearance of his "precious little girl" in the end.
