Sensationalism prevails as the latest addition of 'Newsweek' has President Obama depicted as an angel of sorts wearing a rainbow colored halo with the words "The First Gay President" as the cover page title. This notion is supposed to be in a similar vein to author Toni Morrison in the mid-'90s calling, a then, President Bill Clinton, the first "black president" for his support of issues within the black community.
Many have suggested that President Obama's recent support of same-sex marriage may be a weak election tactic to gain more voters this November while others have commended him for his stance.
