Superstar couple, Jay-Z and Beyonce are reportedly renting a pad in London, so they can have a steady place to stay when they visit, rather than wasting money on a different posh hotel every single time. They're a bigger family unit now, and the familiarity of a home space in London for Blue Ivy's sake wouldn't hurt!

According to reports, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Blue Ivy will be spending time in a luxury townhouse for summer 2012, what with Jay-Z needing to do a 'Watch The Throne' album tour in London alongside Kanye West, and Beyoncé releasing a perfume in Europe this summer.
