President Obama has recently given his verbal support for gay marriage...right in time for election season. If you recall, when he was running for his first term, he expressed that, while he supported 'civil unions' for same-sex couples, his view on 'marriage' was that it is between a man and a woman.

As of Wednesday however, his views have taken a dramatic turn as he has become the first president in HISTORY to openly support same-sex marriage--not civil unions.

This certainly has taken the spotlight off of any economic issues he was being dragged through the mud in the media for...at least for now. One might wonder though: genuine gesture or re-election tactic. Hmmm? What do you think? Leave your comments below. Get full article here.
