What's Beyonce's key to fabulous makeup and hair?

Simple--doing it herself. She tells People magazine that she was obsessed with colorful eyeshadow and classic, red lipstick since she was 6 years old. Since childhood, Beyonce learned a ton about beauty by hanging around in her mom's salon. She can now even cut and dye her own hair! Honestly, that's on a whole new level from mastering the curling iron, don't you think?

What are Beyonce's must-haves before walking out the door? Standard lip gloss, blush and moisturizer. If only I could look that good with the basic three.
