Oh noo! Even though Gwen and her mom were spotted out and about and chilling on Saturday, she attended an event at her son's school and passed out - according to reports. Soon, the ambulances were called. Gwen was then advised to go home (with her assistant driving)--and get some rest.

Moms tend to get overworked, and who knows what may have happened with this gorgeous mama, but we're wishing her all the best and hoping she's back in good spirits soon, because she ain't no "hollaback" girl!
